We were faced with an atmosphere that had two very important and main challenges; A. The space was rented and B. The budget was limited. These two principles created an attractive intellectual boundary for us; Non-interference in the body of the building and attention to the cost of materials.

According to the above, our intellectual framework was formed based on scaling and the use of portable and recyclable materials. On the other hand, due to the use of the building and its residence (except its staff), which often required temporary residence, the form component also became an important indicator; A form with new literature for the audience in order to familiarize and also the superiority of pure geometry over partial motifs.
Based on all mentioned statements, we chose exposed concrete as the predominant material for scaling, which was applied dry and separable.
In the case of pure wooden cylinders; The employer emphasized on being a separate part (VIP) with other spaces, which in our opinion, considering the size and nature of the space, geometry and form of this part, should have built a non-interfering character with a general geometric body, as well as a coordinated meeting, and harmonized with concrete.
