Villa Zaker

Villa Zakir was the creation of a detached house with a foundation of about 250 meters on a plot of land, or rather in a garden of 1300 meters, green and cozy.

The first idea that formed when visiting the project site and talking to the employer; Minimal intervention in the environment by reaching the maximum space. As a result, area and space became a significant indicator that could strongly affect the form and body of the project. To achieve maximum usable space, we chose the principle of expansion to the edge of the site, but such an expansion could lead to maximum accumulation of volumetric mass and reduced spatial quality, as well as optical confinement and climatic incompatibility as other problems of attitude

Spatial fluidity, or in other words, integration of circulation in the whole project, was considered important to us, that the voids created along with the above-mentioned topics in creating visual clarity and uniformity and unification of different views of space (both from the inside out and What from outside to inside), played a key role, ultimately the efforts of Villa Zakir; Reaching the spatial atmosphere with the least attention to form, and taking it to the inner layers, and ultimately the unity of subject and object
